We select the best shipper for the job. After years of experience, we have fine tuned our shipping method to minimize breakage and give the best service to you, our clients.
For shipments within Canada, we charge a flat rate of $50. This may change without notice. All other shipments will quoted to the purchaser by email and requires a confirmation return email of their acceptance.
All shippers require your phone number in the event that there is an immediate question at the delivery site or a phone number is required for passage to the door.

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact:
Our customer care team will email you instructions and a return label to be placed on the package.
The shipper will pick up the package at no cost to you. You can also elect to have a replacement piece sent or a refund processed.
As all our artwork is produced on demand, we guarantee your satisfaction but am obliged to charge a 20% surcharge for handling and return shipping. You require a return authorization before returning, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
